We collect information you provide directly — name, email, delivery address, and payment details. We also collect usage data (pages visited, plans viewed, delivery times) to improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use your information to process subscriptions and deliver meals, send you delivery notifications and account updates, improve our product and recommend relevant meal plans, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
We share your delivery address and meal preferences with the restaurant partner fulfilling your subscription. We share payment information with our payment processor (Stripe) to process transactions securely. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore (AWS). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is tokenised by our payment processor.
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data. You can update your personal information from your account settings. To exercise these rights, email privacy@ahhara.lk.
